Architectural Description: 149 Commercial St. is a 1-story, 3-bay astylistic commercial building; gable-front roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles, with a full-width shed dormer on the side roof slope; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood corner boards, and has plywood siding on a portion of the addition; building sits on a concrete block foundation; fenestration includes single-pane fixed display windows, single-pane wood casements, and 1/1 DHS wood windows; primary entrance is accessed by a multi-pane door located in the center bay of the historic core; 1-story shed-roof addition extends from the side facade.
Historical Narrative: Currently called "The Monkey Bar" (2003).
