Architectural Description: 259 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay, Vernacular Greek Revival-style cottage; the cross-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, with partial cornice returns, shed-roof dormers on front and west elevation, central interior and exterior end chimneys; the primary facade is clad in clapboard, wood shingles clad the secondary facades, with corner boards and a frieze board and the foundation is concrete block; the fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS, 6/6 wood DHS; the primary entrance contains a wood pane and panel door with storm and wood surrounds; a 1-story flat roof section extends from east elevation
