Architectural Description: 39 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 3-bay, Astyistic sidehall dwelling; the front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles, has partial cornice returns, a brick chimney located in the center of the roof ridge, a shed dormer has been added to the eastern roof slope; the exterior is clad in vinyl siding and the foundation is brick; the fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS, 1/1 wood DHS and 6/2 wood DHS with inoperable shutters; the primary entrance consists of a pane and panel wood door with Victorian-style stained glass panes, secondary entrances have been added on the western facade, facing Bradford Street, and on the south facade; On the south facade are 1st, 2nd, and 3rd story entrances with exterior steps. Rear ell is 1-story, with side-gable roof and 2nd story gable-roof addition on top, 2/2 wood DHS, interior brick chimney, exterior stair to 2nd floor entrance, single-light vinyl awning windows, and oriel window on south facade with 8/8 wood DHS and an entrance with a flat Italianate hood with brackets.
