Architectural Description: This 2-story, 3-bay sidehall entry dwelling is marked as 10 Atlantic Avenue. The front-gable roof has partial cornice returns, a brick chimney at the ridge, and an unusual gable and ell wall dormer in the south facade. There is also a gable wall dormer with partial returns on the north facade. The main entry is multi-pane door with storm, simple surround with minimal flat hood, and brick stoop. A secondary entrance is located at the rear of the south facade. Fenestration is generally 6/6 DHS with wood surrounds; 1/1 DHS in south facade wall dormer; 6/6 DHS windows in north wall dormer.
