Description:	Historic District Survey information for 4 Atlantic Ave
	Architectural Description: This is a 1-story, 3-bay former garage. There is no chimney in the front-gable roof. The building is clad in wood shingles, and there are bands of square, diamond and triangle-shaped shingles in the gable end. Historic garage doors are present on the east facade, but a window and wall have been added in the interior here. The current entry door is on the side (south) facade. Windows are 6/6 vinyl DHS with wood trim and cloth awnings.
	Historical Narrative: Former garage converted to a cottage, circa 1995. It was noted as a garage in the National Register nomination inventory.
