Architectural Description: 22 Franklin Street is a 1-story, 4-bay building. The side gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; interior brick chimney at peak and exterior brick on north side. The main entry consists of a pane and panel wood door with modern screen and entablature top, accessed by brick steps and deck with iron handrail. Fenestration includes 6/1 wood DHS on front facade with flat wood surrounds; basement windows are single-light wood awning; 6/1 wood DHS in south; single-pane wood picture, 4-pane wood casement, 6/1 wood DHS on north facade with inoperable plank shutters; paired modern French doors near west side.
