Architectural Description: This building is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay dwelling with rear ell. The front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; partial returns; frieze below eaves; interior brick chimney at peak. Corner pilasters present. The main entrance consists of a pane and panel wood with fanlight incorporated; wood surround with flat shallow hood; exterior modern storm. Fenestration includes 2/2 wood horizontal DHS throughout, with the exception of a wood Chicago-style window with a single-pane flanked by 2/2 horizontal DHS; inoperable plank shutters. A secondary entrance is located at the southeast end of the south facade, and it includes a pane and panel wood door with modern storm. A rear gable roof ell extends from the east facade of the main block. The roof is clad in composite sheets (rolled roofing); interior brick chimney at peak. Concrete block foundation under rear ell.
