Architectural Description: 2-story; 3-bay; concrete block chimney; a large shed dormer across the front roof slope; primary entrance contains a central paneled door with incorporated fanlight, storm door, leading into enclosed shed roof porch accessed by wood steps and landing; canted bay windows flank the door with single-light and 4/4 DHS windows, paired and single 6/6 wood DHS with storms in dormer, 1/1 DHS and 6/6 DHS in west gable end; 1-story addition on rear
