Architectural Description: This former 2-story, 3-bay sidehall cottage has had fenestration altered so that entries are now on the south side gable facade. Roof has partial cornice return and frieze below eaves; brick chimney at roof ridge. A large shed wall dormer fills out the 2nd story on the south facade; a similar dormer is on the north roof slope. The entries are now on the south facade, and each contains a multi-pane and panel entry door with screens, accessed by a brick stoop. A shed roof overhangs each door. Windows are grouped and single 2/1 DHS. Rear facade has decks at each level, with spiral stair accessing a roof deck on the south roof slope. A 1-story front-gable roof addition is located at the northwest corner of the building. This has paired single-light casements and a separate entry door. A wooden stair b/w the main building and addition accesses a 2nd story deck and entry at the rear of the main building.
