Architectural Description: 27 Center Street is a 2-story, 5-bay dwelling with central entry. The side gable roof has a brick chimney in the front slope; skylights in rear roof slope. The central entry is a pane and panel door in an enclosed gable vestibule that extends from the front of the building; concrete stoop. Fenestration includes 2/2 wood DHS with storms and wood surrounds; small 2/1 DHS below eaves. A 1-story shed roof addition is located on the rear facade, and it houses the bathroom. The addition has a secondary entry and a shed roof entry porch; 6/6 wood DHS and single-light window. The addition has a concrete block foundation. Another entry, with sidelights, is inset in the building, rear facade.
