Architectural Description: This is a 2-story, 3-bay cottage. The front-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; a large shed wall dormer on the south side creates a full 2nd story. The primary entry is located in an added offset gable entryway, with an archway with a keystone opening to the entry door. This entryway reflects the Tudor Revival style of the mid-20th century. The door is a multi-pane wood door with wood surround. The entry is accessed from the south by wood deck and steps. Fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS with operable shutters with anchor cuts-outs; single-pane vinyl casements. A wood deck accessing modern sliding glass doors is located on the north facade.
