Fenestration is 2/2 wood DHS. 1-story rear cross gable section is clad in wood shingles. |

Mel Joseph writes: This home was in my family until the sale in September of 2009. After my father was hopitilized in 2004 we had the home turned over to my mothers name, Virginia [Menangas] Joseph. As executor of the estate I sold the house on behalf of my siblings in 2009, 1 year after my mother passed away in 2008.
