Architectural Description: 2-story, 3-bay sidehall and 3-4 bay side ell; roof is clad in asphalt shingles; exterior north end brick chimney; partial cornice returns, frieze board; exterior is clad in wood shingles and aluminum siding; primary entrance is located in enclosed 1-story porch addition on front facade containing concrete block foundation, contemporary mansard roof covered in wood shingle, rooftop deck; porch accessed on south side by concrete and brick steps and metal balustrade; fenestration on sidehall section includes 2/1 DHS wood with wood surround, square bay on front of sidehall with flat roof, paired brackets under eave, single-pane fixed picture window and rooftop deck, 2 Chicago-style windows facing street, single-light awnings at basement, small shed dormers on north slope of sidehall with single-pane awning; fenestration on side ell contains a gable dormer with 2/1 wood DHS window; exterior stair to 2nd floor entrance; gable wall dormer on side ell converted to an entrance with a wood panel door and wrought iron gate to deck
