Architectural Description: This building is a 1 1/2-story, 4-bay 3/4 cottage. The side gable roof, clad in asphalt shingles, has partial returns and a corbelled brick chimney at the ridge. A frieze below the eaves and corner boards frame the primary facade. The main entry contains a pane and panel door with storm; wood surround; small shed hood with pendanted end brackets; concrete stoop. Fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS with storms and wood surrounds. A 1-story addition at the north gable end contains 2/1 DHS windows. A break in the rear (west) roof slope allows for a secondary entry at the gable end.
