Architectural Description: 14 Winslow Street is a 2-story, 4-bay dwelling; fenestration includes 1/1 vinyl DHS and wood diamond panes-over-one DHS; sidehall pane-and-panel wood door with wood surround and modern storm; full-facade hipped-roof front porch that overextends building's south end; porch is supported by thin fluted wood columns; porch deck is brick and concrete block and is accessed from the north side; 1st story of front facade on southeast side bows out, and 2nd story above it bows out even further to edge of porch roofline; overhanging eaves; interior brick chimney; bay on west facade; 1-story shed-roof addition in rear; hipped dormer with single-pane vinyl awning window.
