Architectural Description: 1 1/2-story, 3-bay; faces south; cross-gable roof with asphalt shingles; gable dormer with operable shutters; shed dormers, partial returns, corner boards and frieze board; interior brick chimney covered with stucco at peak with "S" painted on; pane and panel door offset to left with modern aluminum door; wood surround including pilasters and entablature top; bow wood windows with 40-pane wood fixed and inoperable shutters, supported by brackets; 6/6 wood DHS with inoperable shutters; 12/8 wood DHS at west gable end; cross gable section is 1-story, with single pane wood casements in shed dormer on east slope, a 2nd floor open deck a secondary entrance at east side near north with a pane and panel wood door with aluminum storm, 20-pane wood picture, another 40-pane bow, interior brick chimney on west slope.
