Architectural Description: 15 Winthrop Place is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay, sidehall cottage; asphalt roof shingles; shed wall dormer; interior brick ridge chimney; partial cornice returns, corner pilasters, and fascia board all wrapped in vinyl; main entrance with modern storm door located at southwest corner near rear of building; fenestration includes 2/1 wood DHS on 2nd floor of front facade and all of side facades, Chicago-style vinyl window with snap-in muntins on 1st floor; boxes over windows contain retractable hurricane awnings; inoperable shutters; 1-story addition at rear with secondary entrance.
