Architectural Description: 15 Central Street is a 2-story, 3-bay sidehall cottage with rear ell; clad in clapboard on the front and wood shingles on the side facades. The front gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; partial cornice returns and frieze; shed dormer. Corner boards present. The main entry consists of a wood panel replacement door with modern storm; wood surround and single-pane sidelights. A full-width front porch with hipped roof, square wood posts and square wood balustrade extends across the primary facade; wood deck and wood steps accessed on south and north sides. Fenestration includes 2/1 vinyl DHS throughout with wood tops and sides; no sills; 4-pane vinyl casements in dormer; 2/1 vinyl windows in rear ell. A secondary entrance is located on the south facade, near the east end. A 1-story gable roofed ell at the rear has a concrete block foundation.
