Architectural Description: 24 Court Street is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay dwelling. The building is clad in clapboard, with wood shingles on the north facade. The main entry facade faces south, not toward street. The side gable roof has wood shingle cladding, a shed dormer, partial cornice returns and frieze below eaves. Exterior brick chimney at west gable end. The main entry consists of a pane and panel door with multi-light storm; simple pilasters and entablature. Fenestration includes 6/6 DHS wood windows with storms and operable lower shutters; 2/1 DHS windows in the shed dormer.
