Architectural Description: 19 Winthrop Street is a 1-1/2-story, 3-bay, sidehall cottage; asphalt roof shingles; partial cornice returns; skylights; corner pilasters and fascia board; shed wall dormer; entrance is on left of front (west) facade; entry is accessed by a pane-and-panel wood door with incorporated fanlight and modern storm door that are sheltered by a flat hood supported by modern brackets; entry is reached by wood steps and balustrade; fenestration includes 6/1 wood DHS with operable paneled shutters and wood surrounds, paired modern 12-pane vinyl casements on dormer; bow window on south near rear; 1-story section on rear with roof-top deck.
