Architectural Description: 10 Winslow Street is a 1-1/2- to 2-story, approximately 3-bay dwelling; very irregular form; includes side gable, 1-story building with 2nd floor, 5-sided hipped-roof tower near rear west side; shed roof extended from gable slope towards street with rising hipped-roof section in middle and enclosed hipped-roof entry vestibule; fenestration includes 4-pane wood casement, huge 6-pane wood picture window, 4-pane wood casement (looks like 2/2 DHS) with 4-pane transom; exterior concrete block chimney on north; hipped-roof entry vestibule is accessed by a pane-and-panel wood door with a 4-pane awning transom; built-in 1-car garage with roof-top deck is accessed by an overhead wood garage door; interior concrete block chimney.
