Architectural Description: 194 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 2-bay, Dutch Colonial Revival-style dwelling; the roof is front gambrel and has a simple cornice with partial returns and shed roof dormers; fenestration includes a vinyl replacement windows, a 2-story, flat-roofed bay with a 2/1 DHS in the 2nd story; the primary entrance contains a pane and panel door with storm and shed-roofed porch supported by turned posts, a 1-story, full facade deck is located on the ell, and another at the rear facade. a 1-story, 3-bay addition is located to the side and is flush with the primary facade of the main block and contains a secondary entrance with a pane and panel door with storm
