Joyce Johnson WOMR "Sands of Time" interview with Ansel Chapman on December 18, 1998. An Attorney – primarily pro bono – deeply instrumental in the sustenance and the maintenance of the rural value and personality of the Truro community. Starting in the 70s he helped found the Truro Conservation Trust, which became the Cape Cod Compact. He was also a pivotal in saving from further development High Head and Depot Road in Truro.
