Kelly's Corner 016 - Cranberries, Grapes, Aqua Shooters and Music
Jan Kelly writes a weekly column for Provincetown Magazine. In this issue she talks about fall fruit, namely grapes and cranberries....where to pick and what to do with the fruit to preserve it through the winter. Then she describes in loving detail the escapades of three local women, Katie Frischmuth, Marilyn Mervar Rodes and Debbie Hann, who formed the Aqua Shooters and perform annually at Herring Cove Beach around Labor Day. It's a festive Provincetown party. Mentioned are numerous music performances around town including The Muse Series at the Universalist Church, Chamber Music at the Art Association, Roomful of Blues, The Dyketones, the Rev and the Larry Richardson Dance Company of New York.
