The active participation of John Nagle is imperative to do this. Mentions five stock certificates enclosed, to be signed by John Silva as Treasurer and returned to L.W. Pickert (signed as President). The certificate for John Nagle Co. and Pickert are to be sent back to him. John Silva is to keep his, one sent to Sklaroff and one given in person to June Lewis (the one for the Cold Storage Company)
