	Architectural Description: 76 Commercial St is a 2-story, 5-bay dwelling with 2-1/2-story rear addition; side gable roof has a narrow brick ridge chimney on the original core and large central brick chimney on the rear ell; Shed dormer is recent; exterior is clad in wood shingles with wood cornerboards; fenestration includes 6/6 wood DHS; 8/8 vinyl DHS; 2/2 DHS with storms; ribbon casement windows at rear; new multi-pane windowed wall in side gable end; primary entrance has a wood surround with pedimented hood at entrance with Doric columns and fluted pilasters, elliptical fanlight and 4-light sidelights; Panel door and glass storm door; Rear section has 2nd-story overhang supported on brick piers with access to a deck and roof deck.
