Architectural Description: 224 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 4-bay bungalow; the roof is side gable, a gable-roofed dormer is centrally located on the front roof slope, an exterior end brick chimney interrupts the west slope and a concrete block exterior chimney is located in the rear portion of the west facade; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is concrete block; the fenestration includes 6/1 wood DHS, 2/1 DHS replacements with snap-in muntins and aluminum storms, single-light basement windows, and 4-light window in the dormer; the primary entrance includes and enclosed, incised porch accessed by a wooden storm door; a deck is present on the rear of the building.
