Architectural Description: 188 Bradford Street is a 1 1/2-story, 5-bay Vernacular-style dwelling; the center gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles with a brick exterior end chimney on the secondary facade and concrete block chimney on rear; the exterior is clad in wood shingle, the foundation is brick; fenestration consists of 1/1 vinyl DHS with modern storms, oriel window with single-pane vinyl casements, paired windows flank the door, 6/6 replacement in basement; the primary entrance contains a central wood pane and panel door and modern multi-pane aluminum storm door with heavy entablature and is accessed by modern wood steps and deck; a 1-story enclosed vestibule is located on the east side with 2nd entrance recessed under porch, wood panel door with modern screen
