Architectural Description: 197 Bradford Street is a 1-story, 2-bay, Astylistic building; The gable roof is clad in wood shingles, shed dormers are located on the east and west facades; The primary facade is clad in clapboards the wood shingles clad secondary facades, the foundation is poured concrete; The fenestration includes an 8-light wood awning window is located in the gable end, single-pane awning windows and 6/6 vinyl DHS windows in the shed dormers, 6/6 vinyl DHS on the 2nd floor of the north side; The front facade contains three wood pane and panel doors offset to the east; An incised porch on the west facade is supported by square posts; An entrance under the porch near the south facade consists of a modern aluminum pane and panel door; The south section consists of a gambrel roof, a 2nd story overhang and a brick chimney. The 1st floor has an enclosed, flat-roof vestibule with wood panel door flanked by 4-pane sidelights; a 2-story addition is located to the southeast corner.
