Architectural Description: Also known as 240 1/2 Bradford Street, this is a 1 1/2-story, 3-bay Colonial Revival Cape Cod dwelling; the roof is side gable, there are 2 gable dormers in the front roof slope, a shed roof wall dormer is located on the rear and an exterior brick chimney is located on the side of the building; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is concrete block; fenestration includes 6/6 vinyl DHS with snap-in muntins and inoperable shutters and 6/6 wood DHS on the side facade; the primary entrance is centered on the facade and accessed by brick steps with iron railings, a secondary entrance on the east facade consists of a 1-story, side-gable vestibule that is reached by concrete block and brick steps; a deck is located on the 1st floor of this facade.
