Architectural Description: 366 Commercial St. is a 1-story, 2-bay former dwelling converted to commercial use; 1-story, 2-bay storefront addition extends from front facade; gable-front roof on residential core is sheathed in asphalt shingles, partial cornice returns; flat roof on storefront has a built-up roof surface; exterior of core is clad in clapboard siding with wood frieze board and corner pilasters; storefront addition is clad in wood shingles; building sits on a brick foundation; fenestration in core includes 6/1 replacement DHS windows, 2/2 with storms, gable dormers with 2/2 DHS, and inoperable shutters; fenestration in storefront addition includes 2 fixed-pane windows, transoms with snap-in muntins, 6/1 replacement DHS on the side facade, 6/6 DHS on left side, inoperable shutters on storefront; storefront has corner entry with multi-pane door; west facade of main block is approximately 5 bays deep, with a central entry and deck; partial enclosed entry vestibule and a deck; rear (north) facade contains secondary entry.
