Architectural Description: This building is a 1 1/2-story, 2-bay cottage with a small side ell. The primary door is reached by wood steps with a small landing. The pane and panel door is surrounded by pilasters and a large entablature. Windows are 6/6 DHS with wood trim. The building is clad in clapboard on the primary facade, and wood shingles on the secondary facades. The side ell has a gabled dormer with 1 1/1 DHS window on the front roof slope. The front-gable roof has partial cornice returns. There are 2 skylights present on the southwestern roof slope. This side facade also has 6/6 DHS windows and a 3-light awning window.
