Architectural Description: 269 Bradford Street is a 2-story, 2-bay, Astylistic building; the side-gable roof is clad in asphalt shingles; the exterior is clad in wood shingles and the foundation is obscured; the fenestration includes single-pane awning windows, 4-pane wood casements with storms, a 10-light wood window at 2nd floor on east facade, the north facade has 2 symmetrically placed awning windows at the 1st story, and triple windows in the gable end; the primary entrance consists of a jalousie door with storm on the east facade; band of wood trim over 1st story and concrete ramp on north side may indicate this was once a garage
Historical Narrative: According to current owner, the studio and house was owned by an artist name Engles in the early twentieth century.
